We only offer a full property management service.

Our full property management service gives you the confidence that your property will be professionally managed at all times and all legal and accounting demands of the tenancy will be handled by us on your behalf. Our careful selection of suitable tenants also ensures that maximum rental income is obtained and minimum expense incurred.

Maintenance

Your property will be regularly inspected and any minor repairs will be dealt with. We'll provide quotes for any work required on your property and we'll manage all repair work being carried out.

Rent Collection

We'll organise the collection of the deposit and a month’s rent in advance and will continue to collect the rolling weekly or monthly rent, and transfer the rent to the landlord’s bank account.

Key Holding

We will securely look after your keys to ensure that your property can be viewed by potential tenants at all times. This means we'll always be ready for viewings, no matter what time of the day.

Deposit Holding

We will look after the holding deposits from your tenants once general terms are agreed. We will continue to hold this deposit while we run through referencing checks if required.

Inventories

Inventory and property inspections will be carried out prior to the start of the tenancy. We will record the condition of the property so that the document accurately reflects the property, its contents and the condition before tenancy commences.

Annual Rent Review

Annual rent reviews and renewals included. A rent review is vital to maintain the value of your investment, enabling the benefit from any increases in rental values over the term of the lease.
